The Story of Samurai

The Origins

Starting out in the gritty backstreets of Night City, Samurai rocked dives like the Palladium and Destiny. Their first gig at the Red Dirt bar was just the beginning of their meteoric rise.

Rise to Fame

In 2003, after tearing it up at Rainbow Cadenza, Samurai was spotted by Jack Masters, Universal Music's head honcho. Within weeks, they were signed, and their debut single "Blistering Love" hit the EuroCharts like a thunderclap. Their debut album soared, making them global stars almost overnight. This would culminate in a historic sell-out at Wembley Stadium a few years later.

The Turning Point

In early 2007, the band hit a major snag when Nancy Hartley was nabbed and sentenced after a tragic incident involving her abusive husband. Despite the rough patch, the crew had her back, but the break took its toll. By 2008, the band's chemistry was shot, and they each went their separate ways.

Legacy and Aftermath

Even though Samurai disbanded, their legacy remains. Johnny and Kerry carved out successful solo careers, often hitting the road together. Nancy, now known as Bes Isis, became a major media figure on N54 News. Henry faced a tragic accident, while Denny found success with her new band, Mastermind.
